INTERVIEW PREPARATION

As it is said, our interview preparation actually starts from the day we decide to prepare for exam.
Personality develops as the years pass by. My recommendation would be to make friends that bring the best out of you, to stay cheerful, to see good in everything, a general positive outlook, to read good books, having rational discussions, learning from mistakes, frequently remembering why you started preparing, learning to respect others opinion and at the same time , making sure that our own opinion is rational and forwarded in the best manner.

went through the previous year's transcripts by vision ias. We should be well versed with our DAF.

kept reading local newspaper and the Hindu.
kept reading vision ias monthly, compilations regarding important topics.
found that interview preparation is very important and comparatively tough and  a lot of improvement  is required so as to give a balanced opinion and take a stand when required.

My interview score- 206.
